I have been teaching yoga and working with bodies for 12 years. I received my first teaching certification in 2013, and since then I’ve done thousands of hours of training, practicing, studying, and continuing education. I have a deep understanding of yoga, anatomy, posture, movement, nutrition, and a variety of injury prevention and healing techniques. I have taught in yoga studios, gyms, corporate settings, schools, and medical offices. My favorite way to teach is working with people one on one to help them make a significant change in their lives by achieving their health and wellness goals. I have experience working with a range of different clients from children, to professional athletes, to 80 year olds with chronic pain. I take an open minded and unconventional approach with everyone I work with, tailoring the practice to fit each individual’s unique body, mind, and spirit. I am so grateful that I discovered yoga and wellness many years ago. It will always be one of the greatest loves and most important parts of my life, as I have personally experienced its incredible healing powers and countless benefits. It is my true passion and life‘s purpose to share yoga and wellness with as many people as I can. I hope you will join me and experience the magic for yourself.
